Conceirge to Wellness has a different approach to care and billing. We come to you and go above and beyond in every aspect of your care. Our services fees are affordable for most. Please note that we DO NOT bill your insurance company. Submitting insurance forms for reimbursement is your responsiblity but, we are happy to provide you with a service statement to facilitate partial to full reimbursement for our services.
